Graceful Living has been my Life Saver since 2009! My mother Marcia Karbin, was a Traumatic Brain Injury Survivor and I was her Primary Caregiver for 15 years. My mother was a quadriplegic and needed extensive care including wheelchair transportation. Graceful Living transported her to doctors appointments, Emergency Room, Rehab facilities, Restaurants, Family engagements and Holy Spirit Catholic Church weekly. We moved to Avon lake Ohio and needed a RELIABLE and UNDERSTANDING TRANSPORT SERVICE. Graceful Living was the only company that was willing to transport my mother to Church every Sunday rain or shine. Graceful living also was kind enough to bring my mother to my home every Christmas and to Church EVERY Christmas EVE Until my moms death in 2014. The drivers at this company have been compassionate to my mom engaging her in conversations and we all developed a very close and positive working relationship. My mother’s quality of life would NOT have been what it was after her Brain Injury if it wasn’t for the Diligent and hard working people at Graceful Living! They were always on time for her appointments and when we called for Pick up were always there for us promptly which was very important to me despite their busy schedule.
